Weekly class schedule
Forged Grappling runs no-gi classes and supervised open mats every weekday evening at our gym in Westbury, Wiltshire, plus a kids class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All sessions take place at Unit 21, Woodlands Industrial Estate, a short drive from Trowbridge, Warminster and Frome.

What each session is
Taught class for all levels with technical instruction, task-based games and live sparring. A structured session designed to develop new skills and sharpen existing ones. This is the class most new starters begin with.
Supervised mat time to spar, drill or ask the coaches questions. Guided support to develop your own game.
Always free and open to the whole community. Bring friends from local clubs for some rolls and ask the coaches anything.
For children aged 7 to 15. A fun, safe introduction to grappling with technical instruction, games and light controlled rolling that build fitness, confidence, coordination and respect. No experience needed, and all of our coaches are enhanced DBS checked.
Which session should I come to?
If you have never trained before, start with the 6pm no-gi grappling class. Beginners are welcome at every class, and new starters are usually paired with experienced partners. Not sure what to expect? Read what happens in your free trial or our guide to what no-gi grappling is.
Bringing your child? The kids class runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 5:45pm for ages 7 to 15, and no experience is needed.
