These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and your membership with Forged Grappling Limited. Please read them carefully before purchasing a membership or day pass.
This website is operated by Forged Grappling Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17049559). Our registered office is at Unit 21, Woodlands Industrial Estate, Eden Vale Rd, Westbury, Wiltshire, BA13 3QS.

You must be aged 16 or over to purchase a membership or day pass.
Members aged 16 or 17 must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian before training. We reserve the right to request proof of age and parental consent at any time.
By purchasing a membership or day pass, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements above.
A Visitors Pass is available for £15 per day and provides two hours of grappling plus full access to the S&C area for that day. Visitors Passes are non-refundable except as required by law.
Forged Membership is £80 per month and provides full access to everything we offer at Forged, including unlimited training, the members community and video library, and seminar discounts. This rate is subject to change. We will give you no less than 30 days' written notice of any price increase.
A Multiple Visit Pass bundles five Visitors Pass sessions together for a discounted rate of £60. Sessions may be used across multiple visits and do not expire. Multiple Visit Passes are non-refundable except as required by law.
A free trial pass is available for first-time visitors only, providing access for a single session. Only one free trial pass may be used per person.
From time to time we may run promotional offers in addition to the pricing set out in clause 3, including those advertised in the gym, on social media, or on our website. We may withdraw or amend a promotional offer at any time without notice, except in respect of anyone who has already signed up under that offer.
If an existing member refers someone who has not previously been a member and that person signs up for a Forged Membership, both the existing member and the new member will each receive £40 credit to spend at Forged, redeemable against membership fees or shop and merchandise purchases. Credit is issued once the new member's sign-up is confirmed. An existing member may earn this credit once for each different new member they refer; a new member may only redeem this offer once, as the person being referred. Credit is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable.
Two people who are both new to Forged and have not previously held a membership may sign up for a Forged Membership together, in which case each will receive 50% off their first month's membership fee. This offer is only available where both people join at the same time; it does not apply if one person joins later or was already a member.
Only one promotional offer under this clause 4 may be applied per membership sign-up. This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights or the 30-day money-back guarantee in clause 6.2.
Monthly memberships are billed on a rolling monthly basis via recurring card payment, processed through Mat Track and Stripe. Your first payment is taken at the point of sign-up, and subsequent payments are taken on the same date each month.
It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for each payment. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend access to the gym until payment is brought up to date.
All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Forged Grappling Limited is not currently VAT registered.
As you are purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, contact us at support@forgedgrappling.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase date. We will process a full refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on monthly memberships. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of your membership, contact us at support@forgedgrappling.co.uk and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first membership purchase only and cannot be used more than once.
After the first 30 days, you may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused days within a billing period. To cancel, contact us at support@forgedgrappling.co.uk or through your Mat Track member portal.
All members and visitors must follow our gym rules at all times. Our gym rules are displayed on the premises and may be updated from time to time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund if a member engages in behaviour that is dangerous, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise contrary to the safe and welcoming environment of the gym.
All members train at their own risk. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate in training. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to train safely, you should seek advice from a qualified medical professional before attending.
Forged Grappling Limited does not accept liability for loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to clause 8.1, our total liability to you in connection with your membership shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email no less than 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the gym after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
